"Le Petit Jardin" offers spacious accommodation in a private domain of pastel coloured houses sharing a large swimming pool with additional children's paddling pool. In addition there is a large tree lined boules area in front of the house and a private garden and terrace at the rear.

Petite Jardin is available as a 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom booking and is the same cost as Petite Maison (2 bed) if booked as a 2 bedroom. The third bedroom will be unavailable for 2 bedroom bookings.

The villa is a 3 minute walk from the delightful, unspoiled rural village of Plan De La Tour providing inexpensive restaurants and well stocked shops. Tennis and Boules facilities are available plus nearby golf, cycling, sailing, diving etc. Conveniently located for exploring St Tropez, the Maures Mountains, the Riviera and Provence.

"Le Petit Jardin" is 5 miles or so from the beaches of Ste Maxime with St Tropez a short ferry crossing across the bay to avoid high season traffic or another 15 minutes by car in quieter months.

The accommodation comprises three bedrooms which are situated on the 1st floor, all with beamed ceilings, a double with a window overlooking the private garden, a bunk bed room with window and balcony overlooking the boulodrome/ square and a twin bedroom also overlooking the private garden. Two sofas and an armchair are located in the large living area adjoining the new high specification marble tiled and provencal painted kitchen. A new bathroom with separate shower and bath is installed with two separate toilets. This is a wonderful holiday location offering sun, sea, peace and nightlife nearby if desired.

The view of the house from the boulodrome/ square in front of the house - a quiet play area. There are only a few properties around the square and outside July and August it tends to be very quiet - yet only 15 minutes to the beach at St Maxime opposite St Tropez.
