"Villa Soleil" offers spacious accommodation in a small private domain of pastel coloured houses sharing a large swimming pool with additional children's paddling pool.

The villa is on the same peaceful 'domain' as Petite Maison and is in the delightful, unspoiled rural village of Plan De La Tour providing a wide choice of restaurants and well stocked shops. Tennis and Boules facilities are available plus nearby golf, cycling, sailing, diving etc. Conveniently located for exploring St Tropez, the Maures Mountains, the Riviera and Provence."Villa Soleil " is 5 miles or so from the beaches of Ste Maxime with St Tropez a short ferry crossing across the bay to avoid high season traffic or another 15 minutes by car in quieter months.

The accommodation comprises a front terrace for outdoor dining, plus a private rear garden for sunbathing, with an additional dining table. There is a well equipped lounge and internal dining area on the ground floor with a kitchen off the dining area.

Two bedrooms are situated on the 1st floor, a double with a balcony and a twin with another balcony. A newly fitted bathroom with shower is installed.

All in all a wonderful holiday location offering sun, sea, peace and nightlife nearby if desired.

The entrance from the car park - a quiet cul-de-sac and plenty of parking. The main door of the villa is approached via the graveled pedestrian approach shown above. There are only a few properties around the pool and outside July and August it tends to be very quiet - yet only 15 minutes to the beach at St Maxime opposite St Tropez.



The secure, fenced pool and the pool house with some of the villas and terraced houses around the pool area - maintained and open from approximately May to October.
