"La Petite Maison" is an affordable luxury holiday villa for rent that offers spacious accommodation in a small private domain of pastel coloured houses sharing a large swimming pool with additional children's paddling pool.

Luxury living in our 2 Bedroom fully renovated villa with large living and dining area downstairs, large outdoor terrace with great views, fitted kitchen and two oak-beamed bedrooms. Great child friendly shared pool. The house has great views across the village, vineyards and hills around the village. Full fitted air conditioning throughout (not cheap portable units). Free high speed WiFi is installed in the house. Digital TV (French) plus Netflix and Apple TV (bring your own account details).

The villa is a 3 minute walk from the delightful, unspoiled rural village of Plan De La Tour providing inexpensive restaurants and well stocked shops. Tennis and Boules facilities are available plus nearby golf, cycling, sailing, diving etc. Conveniently located for exploring St Tropez, the Maures Mountains, the Riviera and Provence."La Petite Maison" is 5 miles or so from the beaches of Ste Maxime with St Tropez a short ferry crossing across the bay to avoid high season traffic or another 15 minutes by car in quieter months.

The accommodation comprises a large private terrace overlooking the terracotta roof tops against the backdrop of the Maures Mountains. Two bedrooms are situated on the 1st floor, a double with a balcony and a twin. A double sofa bed is located in the large living area adjoining the new high specification kitchen. A new bathroom with separate shower is installed with two separate toilets. All in all a wonderful holiday location offering sun, sea, peace and nightlife nearby if desired.

Petite Maison is on a quiet cul-de-sac and has plenty of parking. The main door of the villa is approached via the graveled pedestrian approach shown above. There are only a few properties around the pool and outside July and August it tends to be very quiet - yet is only 15 minutes to the beach at St Maxime opposite St Tropez. 

The secure, child friendly and fenced pool is maintained and open from approximately May to October each year.

There are great views from the rear terrace behind the living area and also from the top terrace behind the master bedroom.

Inside, the villa is well equipped with a new kitchen and bathroom with a bath with shower head and also a separate shower.

There is free high speed WiFi in this villa.
